Primemeridianstore has your enquiry on the bench queue and somebody will be reading it properly, not skimming it on the way out the door. Most messages get an answer the same working day, and anything that lands after 4 pm usually gets picked up the next morning. You do not need to send the message twice. If it went through, it is sitting in the same inbox Michelle checks between jobs, and she will reply with either an answer or a question that actually helps us quote the work.

You do not need to do anything else right now. The message you just sent goes into the same queue as the phone calls, and it gets read in the order it arrived. Here is the short version of what follows, so nothing surprises you on the day.
Michelle opens your message, checks the car details against what we know fits that model, and decides whether it is a one line answer or a proper quote.
If it is a standard job, the reply has the price from the list. If it is not, you get a question back and we work it out from there.
A $150 deposit holds the bay and comes off the total. It is refundable up to 48 hours before the day, no argument.
Housing out, work done, wall tested, road tested, old parts boxed up and handed back. Usually one day for a retrofit, three hours for restoration.
Some questions are quicker over the phone, especially if you are standing at the car with the bonnet up. Ring the workshop during bench hours and ask for the headlight bench.
Your name, number and car details sit in the shop inbox until the job is done or the enquiry is closed. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to a supplier unless a part has to be ordered, and we delete old enquiries once a year.

Housing opened, projector and shroud fitted, wiring loomed, whole assembly resealed and the beam calibrated on the wall and the road. The job people enquire about most.

Typos happen. Wrong car year, wrong email, a phone number with a digit missing. If you spot it before we reply, send a second message quoting the first one and Michelle will merge them. Nobody gets judged for it, and we would rather have the correct car than a tidy thread.
The same goes for photos. If the reply asked for pictures of the lamp and you have since taken better ones, just send them through. The back shot of the plug is the one that matters most, because that is where a retrofit kit either fits or does not.
If you asked about brightness, colour or beam pattern, one of these probably already answers it.
